There are different kinds of people in the world, good ones and bad ones. When it comes to bad people things can get a bit dangerous. We have to aware of the people around us. As a help for everybody, the 18-year-old Spencer share some safety tips on her TikTok @spencer.barbosa. She’s an actress, an entrepreneur, and a content creator. On TikTok, she has about 3.5m followers and on Instagram 339k followers. Also, she has a YouTube channel that has about 22k subscribers. She has well utilized her social media to make people aware of things and had given safety tips.
#1 She had shared some useful safety tips that are especially very useful for women.

#2 Try getting people’s attention if someone is trying to abduct you or trying to follow you.

Many of her videos are fun but she had shared some serious ones too. And some of them were about women’s safety. She says that such videos are needed and it could be helpful for someone to save a life. And had said that as many of her followers are females she wants them to be safe.

In the first tip, she had said the if someone’s trying to abduct you try and get other people’s attention so that the attacker backs off. She had said to steam or bite or do anything to get attention. And as the second she had asked not to put a ponytail if you are running alone as it could be easy to grab you and take you down.

She’s a Canadian and it’s not allowed pepper spray there. And for anyone else who cannot find a pepper spray or it’s illegal to use one she had suggested keeping a bear spray or a hair spray so that you can spray in the attacker’s eyes. There had been 1.3m views and 430k and more likes for the video. People had commented saying that they are very useful tips. She had also said that she’ll be doing more videos.

We have to be more cautious when we are alone. When walking alone it’s better not to use the phone. She suggests that we should use our elbow to hit if something happens and someone wants to take us.

There had a viral video where a girl finds ‘1F’ written on a garbage can. The users on TikTok think that someone might have marked it as one female is there so that they could come and get in at night. Spencer says that we should leave big used male shoes in front so that they think there’s a man in the house.
