As she said they had been in the Hilton, Ocean City, and when the family was at the beach she had gone to take a shower and she was all alone. At that time the main thing she had thought was that she was in her towel and someone’s trying to get into the room. When the room door had open she had quickly close it back.

The person who was trying to get in had said that they were here to fix her keypad as her keycard is broken and to do that they need to get in. she had opened the door a bit to see how they looked, they had not looked like workers as they were in jeans and t-shirts. At that time she had been suspicious about it.

She says that she had been smart at that time as she remembered what her stepdad who’s a police officer had said, not to let in unknown people when she’s alone. So she had shouted saying that dad there’s someone who has come to fix the door, and then they had been frightened thinking she was not alone and had run away.

Bowers had said that she’s glad that she had that experience as she could let others know it. And that she’s safe but it could have been not too. She had asked people to be aware of such happenings and be safe.
