Miracles are things that make things and people come out at the positive end of a situation that is set to fail. Fate, Chance or act of God, you can name it whatever you want to see it as. But the amazing story that miracles create is something special to listen to.
This article is about such a miracle that happened to this amazing doggo. Maggie who is 5, was found in Lebanon. She was discovered in a very bad state tied to a box. You will never believe that this animal had the will and luck to survive a broken jaw, a rough beating, an ear cut off, and also 17 gunshots while she was pregnant. A local has posted this story online when help was sent from the “Wild At Heart Foundation” to save her. Maggie was rescued and sent in for a set of surgeries. Although her eyes were lost in these unfortunate events, she found her forever home in the UK.

Kasey Carlin is Maggie’s human mom now. Kasey who is 25 has devoted a lot of time to look after Maggie, leaving her job at a pet care center. Maggie’s Instagram account has exceeded 248K followers, making her a very famous doggo.

Kasey explains to Bored Panda that she has learned a lot from Maggie about being compassionate, strong will and focusing on the positive. Maggie has also become a therapy dog and even though she is blind, she still visits hospitals and other places where she can be a service.

Maggie who had her life hung on a string is now leading a happy life with Kasey and Mishka, Kasey’s other dog in the UK.
