Courtney is a talented artist who’s from Atlanta and she uses her awesome oil paintings to have her own beautiful journey around the world. In January 2021, she completed an oil painting of the lush Isle of Skye in Scotland. And after that, she had traveled to more countries making scenic oil paintings of their beautiful landscapes.

With My Modern Met Courtney shared her interest in oil paintings. She had said that landscapes have been her passion for several years now. Capturing landscapes of different countries on a canvas has been her choice of traveling. According to her, the US, Scotland, and Mexico are some countries that she feels passionate about. And the other countries that she had chosen had been based on the input her Instagram followers had given.

Courtney said that her ultimate goal is to make paintings of landscapes from each country. She has been painting for about three years now and is willing to continue her work while improving her painting skills. She had said that she feels as if each painting has taught her something unique.
