In the marine world, sharks are very majestic animals and these great white sharks are really very large animals. If you get a chance to swim along with a great white shark that would be the best experience that you would get in life. And for a conservationist and a marine biologist like Ocean Ramsey, it is the best she could get. And fortunately, she and her team at One Ocean Diving had the chance to spend some time with one in the water. In a place off the coast of Oahu, they had met this shark and they are a bit rare in Hawaii.

The shark had been a female one about 20 ft long and she had come near their boat to make them feel her presence but had not intended to harm them. According to what Ramsey had said there’s a theory that female sharks come to that place when they are possibly pregnant trailing whales. Also had said that there had been a dead sperm shark nearby and they had seen going and eating it from time to time. These sharks play a big role in the ecosystem as they eat the dead, weak, or injured ones.

The experts of the organization try to make the public more educated about the sharks and this would be a really good way she there are photos taken by them around the shark. And also they try to make people aware of how to positively interact with these animals. As there aren’t that strong actions against the slaughter of these animals in Hawaii their number is decreasing. And also as per Ramsey, she respects these animals a lot. Also that she had been doing a lot by trying to educate people about them. And had said that they hope after seeing the photos and videos there would be more strict laws to protect these animals. If you want you can help these animals through One Ocean Conservation and also through Help Save Sharks. Scroll down to see some amazing photos of them.
