Jessica Long is a 28-year-old lady and an amputee with no legs. On TikTok, she had scolded the woman who had shouted at her for parking in a disabled spot. And the video had gone viral. She is a Paralympic champion who had won 1 gold, 3 silver, and 2 bronze medals in Rio, 2016. In the video, she says that while she was parking, his woman who was not named had looked at her in a disgusted manner as she parked in the disabled spot.
It’s not the first time such a thing had happened to her. In one of her Instagram posts, she had explained how an elderly couple had commented on her for parking at a disabled spot. And had said that it’s her worst experience. The couple had made comments on her as they needed the spot and when she explained why she parked there the couple had said that she’s a liar. Also, she had said that she gets about 2-4 comments every week by people for parking at disable spots.

She had said in the video that she knows that she doesn’t look handicapped. And that she had been through a lot of surgeries. And that she had to adopt her whole life and rely on her handicapped pass. Also, she had said that though there are people who abuse disabled parking she thinks that it’s needed for people.

On TikTok, she had 650K followers and on Instagram, there are 57K followers. She had said that she thinks many people fear asking questions as society says it’s rude. But many times it translates to shame the topic of disabilities. She had also said that she loves to share her story with people and to let people know how amputees use their prosthetic legs.
