A happy, healthy, and beautiful life is what we all wish for. But there are people who have made a mess of their lives due to certain issues and bad decisions. So in order to have a beautiful life they have to fight and overcome their addictions.
You might wonder whether it’s possible for a person to overcome an addiction that has been around for a long time and change their life. If you have ever thought so here’s the answer for that. This guy Kenny Dunn, has been an alcoholic for a long time but has given up his addiction and changed his life for good. In this article, you can see how he has transformed his life during 5 years of time. Scroll down to look at the change he has brought to his life.
You can see in these images how he has been while he was addicted to alcohol. He has been drinking about 12-14 alcoholic drinks per day and had been living an awful life. But now he’s the exact opposite of what he was 5 years before. He had taken interest in exercise through DDP Yoga and has focused well on discipline.
Kenny has been doing exercise 3-4 times a week and has been progressing well. And then when he felt he was doing good, he started to work out 5 times a week. He said that if he wasn’t consistent he couldn’t have become like this at 38 years of his life.
He also had focussed a lot on his diet. He shared that he was battling with sugar addiction. But after trying a good diet he has been able to lose a lot of weight. Kenny now follows a good diet and knows what food are good and bad for his body.
On Bored Panda, Kenny shared his transformation story. After getting the necessary help and getting out of his addiction, now Kenny helps people out to overcome their addictions & issues. He shared that there are people who reach out to him to overcome the addictions they have. But due to the current pandemic, there have been problems in connecting with new people.

To people who fight with addictions, Kenny suggests they talk to a close person who they can trust. He says that you have to talk about the problems that you have with maybe a family member, a friend, or anybody who is close to you. By doing that, they might be able to help out. If not, he invites people who need help to contact him through Twitter and Instagram. Kenny is always ready to help people to come out of addiction and struggles to change their lives.
