The comic series Life of Jolie was brought to us by 21-year-old Norwegian artist Johanne Lid. Here in the series, she presents common everyday doings in a hilarious manner where many people will also be able to relate to.
In an interview conducted by Bored Panda recently, Johanne had stated that the creations of these comics started in March with quarantine. Johanne also had said that she had plenty of time suddenly and so got herself an iPad and an apple pencil and began the creation of Jolie character which is much likely her own life. Also said that her comics at first were terrible as she hadn’t done many comics before and that she’s progressed now and it’s funny when she looks back at that work.
She said what she wanted was to make people feel less lonely, which indeed is a really special thing with regard to the current situation. “Jolie is a girl with a lot of imperfections, but that is also what makes us human!” said the artist.
