When you have an animal that you are very attached to it’s really difficult to find happiness without them. But anyhow when they are with us it makes us feel so happy. Here’s such a story a french bulldog named Kardi who had fought all the odds and attended her loving owner’s wedding. Kesley, owner of Kardi had found her from a breeder when she was 2 years and from then they had been living together. Kardi had been inside a cage and therefore had been scared and shy at first but then had been fine. As Kesley was going to college at that time Kardi had been able to go here and there and to make a lot of friends.

What’s sad about Kardi is that after a few years of her rescue in 2015 she was diagnosed with IVDD and her back legs were paralyzed. And after that, she was not able to make use of her back legs. And then she had learned to pull the legs and move but later she was given a pink Walkin’ Wheels wheelchair for her help. That wasn’t the only health problem that Kardi faced. In 2020 March she was diagnosed with bladder cancer. And was said that she would have only 3-6 months to live.

In September 2020 Kesley got engaged and the 2nd of Feb 2021 was scheduled for her wedding. Kesley had been sad about Kardi’s health and that she wouldn’t be on her special day. But to Kesley’s surprise, Kardi had fought all the odds and attended the wedding and made Kesley so happy. And had also posed for a couple of photos along with Kesley dressed beautifully. Kesley had said to My Modern Met that Kardi being in her wedding had meant a lot to her. And that she had been in her life in good and bad. And had said that she was happy having Kardi by her side on her special day.

I have been into reading, creative writing, learning different languages from my young age. Also, I’m really fond of calligraphy which I have participated in competitions and won. I was an athlete while I was schooling and I have excelled in the events I did. I have passed my O/levels and did my A/levels in the Physical science stream. Even though my passion for reading and writing never ended. Keep Reading! Keep Learning!
