Agnieszka Nienartowicz, an artist who graduated from the Gdańsk Fine Arts Academy had done an oil painting of a girl showing her tattoo which was inspired by Hieronymus Bosch. The painting shares a title with ‘The Garden of Earthly Delights’ an iconic work of Bosch. She had found that the painting of the 15th century would be a great way to convey her message. The painter had said to My Modern Met that though humans want to do good they do evil. And that she was thinking about the nature of the humans and the sins and evil which are inscribed in the human beings and then she had connected with the piece of work done by Bosch that speak about the nature of humans. Also, she had said that she loves painting.

The artist had perfectly painted the figures of Bosch using oil paint and had demonstrated the fall of man along with the young woman’s beauty. Her work returns to figurative painting in contemporary art. And also she had said that she treats each element like any other item and had said that there’s a story and emotions in the historical elements. She had said that by combining them in her work she gives them a new life, context. Also had said that for Old Master it would be a tribute.
