There could be valid reasons for rejecting someone for a job. But is having a picture in a bikini on private social media a reason to reject someone for a job? Well, it might be an easy way to screw your company. Not even rejecting but posting the content publicly and shaming the person is not right at all. Here’s such a story of a girl being rejected for an internship as the company(Kickass Masterminds) had found a photo of her in a bikini on her Instagram.

#1 She was publicly shamed by the company by putting her on their story

#3 As soon as people had seen this they had talked in her defense

The  @SheRatesDogs Twitter account owner Michaela Okland, who has more than 358k followers had made the story go viral after learning what Emily Clow, the above-mentioned girl had faced. To Bored Panda, Michaela had said that she thought it was so lame and also had said that many people are very mad about this and are in support of Emily. Also, she had said that after this Emily had got offers for some amazing jobs. The company had done all the other things except apologizing to the girl Emily.
